Hey I'm Megan! I founded the Permanent Lifestyle Reset because I know how it feels to be determined to make a change "for real this time", then giving up and repeating that same pattern over and over to the point of complete defeat.

In high school I was an athlete and could eat all the Litlle Debbies I wanted and still feel confident strutting around in my spandex volleyball shorts.

At some point in my early 20's I turned into the thick chick in a world of size 0's, with cellulite and flabby arms that none of my petite friends had.

I ate chicken and broccoli every damn day, I counted my calories, I sweated my booty off in spin classes, you name it i tried it. Nothing worked.

My insecurities turned into anxiety, I felt helpless and at one point accepting this as my norm seemed like the only option.

When I started to feel like I had no energy, daily headaches, no control over how I felt and this gray cloud lingering over me I realized I seriously needed to make a change, I didn't want to live my life just dragging myself through the motions.

So in an effort to make a sustainable lifestyle change for myself, I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about how food and exercise impacts our bodies, and the root causes of weight loss resistance. I was able to heal my body from the years of damaging diets and turn my metabolism into a fat burning machine- without feeling guilty for having dessert!

In my search to master everything about women's health and weight loss, I became passionate about nutrition and fitness.

I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition coach

And put together a program to teach other women my signature process that has allowed me to stop yo-yo dieting or doing hours of cardio and start living a sustainable healthy life that just feels really good.

And that's how "Permanent Lifestyle Reset" was born!
